Edward Peterson, 81, Seville; died suddenly Friday. He was the father of Mrs. Victor Cowart, Bunnell, and had been visiting with them recently.

Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church in Seville, Sunday afternoon, with Dr. Lafayette Walker, Stetson University, and Rev. Don Foster, Bunnell, of­ficiating. Interment was in Seville Cemetery.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Victor Cowart, Bunnell; two sons, Ed Willis Peterson, Lake Mary and. Paul Peterson, Sanford; and eight grandchildren.
