Peter R. Perry of St. Augustine died suddenly about midnight Tuesday which enroute to his home in St. Augustine from Hastings where he had attended a Masonic meeting.

Mr. Perry was city attorney of St. Augustine and also a member of the St. Johns county school board. He served on the selective board of St. Johns county and was a former city commissioner and former mayor of St. Augustine.

Mr. Perry was well known in Bunnell and Flagler county where he held extensive property interests.

Funeral services are to be held Friday afternoon at two o’clock at the Craig Funeral Home in St. Augustine and burial will be in Jacksonville where he has several sisters and brothers who survive.
