Funeral services were held in Daytona on Tuesday afternoon for Frank Pearl, 78, who died in St. Augustine at the Flagler Hospital about 9 A. M. after a week's illness. Rabbi Phillip Fried of Temple Israel officiated at the graveside rites which were held in Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Haigh-Black was in charge.

Mr. Pearl came to the United States in 1901 from Russia and lived in New York City, until he moved to Flagler Beach several years ago after retiring from a hat manufacturing business. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Celiai Pearl.
