Herbert R. Patterson of Hamilton, Ohio, father of Mrs. George M. Moody of Flagler Beach, passed away Tuesday morning.

Survivors include his wife, Selma Patterson of Hamilton; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Moody of Flagler Beach; two sons, Claude Patterson and Robert Patterson, both of Cincinnati, Ohio. Also surviving are seven grand children.

Funeral services and interment will be at 11 o'clock Friday morning in Hamilton.
