Harold E. Patchen, 69, of 19 Farrington Lane, Palm Coast, died last Thursday at his home after a brief illness.

A retired sales executive with the National Forge Co., he was born in Warren, Pa. He came to Flagler County in 1976 from Irwin, Pa., and was a member of the Palm Coast Lions Club.

Survivors include his wife, Dorian; three daughters; a son; a sister, and three grandsons.

Donations were requested to the Palm Coast Lions Club.

Arrangements were by the Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell.
