	      Pal Parker, Sr., of Flagler Beach, passed away Sunday in  the Ormond Beach Hospital following an illness of short duration.
	      He was born in Rockdale County,  Ga., and moved to Flagler  Beach in 1947 from Atlanta. He established and operated the  Parker Plumbing Co. in Atlanta  from 1920 to 1947. He was a member of the Elks, Atlanta Lodge No. 78; American  Legion Post No.1; Morningside Masonic Lodge and Redmen, and was active in  civic and religious affairs there.
	      Mr. Parker organized the Chamber of Commerce and Businessmen's  club in Flagler Beach. He was active in real estate and  was a builder and developer of the Morningside subdivision of Flagler Beach.  He was a minister of Jehovah's Witnesses.
	      Survivors include his wife, Irma Green Parker, Flagler  Beach; three sons, Pal Parker, Jr., and Robert A., both of Daytona Beach, and  Patrick E., Miami Springs; a brother, James E., Atlanta; four sisters, Mrs.  Claudie Chastain, Miami; Mrs. Ida Carson, Mrs. Iva Poole and Mrs. Mamie Carson,  all of Atlanta; and five grandchildren. 
	      Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock  at Baggett-McIntosh Chapel with David J. Richards, Eustis Congregation of  Jehovah's Witnesses, officiating. Burial was in Bellevue Memorial Park  Cemetery.
	      Pallbearers were Dick McGee, J. D. Williams, Elton  Sheehan, Percy Tompkins, Bert Rider, and Maynard Carr.
