Mateusz Panas, 97, of Bunnell died Jan. 20 in an Ormond Beach nursing home.

Born in Poland, he came here in 1957. He was a retired dairy farmer and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Korona.

Survivors include his wife, Maria; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Simola of Minnesota; Mrs. Millie Wnukouski of New York; Mrs. Helen Klengsporn of Maryland, and Mrs. Flora Kauf of New York, and two sons, Henry of Korona and Ambrose of New York.

Services were held Saturday morning at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Walter Bayer officiating. Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Craig Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
