Word has been received of the death of Chester F. Palmquist, of Alsip, Ill., on Dec. 20 Palmquist was a longtime winter visitor to Flagler County.

He is survived by his wife, Beatrice; a brother, Earl, of Jacksonville; a sister, a daughter and three grandchildren.
