Mrs. E. D. Pace of Covington, Tenn., mother of Mrs. E. L. Friedman of Bunnell, died in a Memphis hospital on May 5, after a short illness.

Funeral services were held in Covington on Wednesday, and interment followed there.

In addition to Mrs. Friedman, she is survived by two sons, Talbert Pace and Malcolm Pace of Memphis.

Mr. and Mrs. Friedman left Sunday and were with her when she passed away.
