Funeral services were held Monday at Seville for Fred K. Lawson, 24, a Seville resident, who lost his life early Sunday morning in a burning automobile.

Mr. Lawson was well known here, having worked for C. H. Cowart for a number of months.

It was reported that Lawson went to sleep in his car with a cigarette burning while waiting to start on a hunting trip to Lake George.

His brother is said to have discovered the burning car.
