		    Everett H. Ashcraft, president  of the Citizens Bank here and the Citizens Bank in Titusville, died in Wuesthoff  hospital in Titusville, his home, Sunday.
		    Funeral services were held  Tuesday at Koon-Smith funeral home there, with Rev. B. F. Hall, the Rev. C. H.  Bascom and T. DeWitt Taylor officiating. Interment was made at Memorial Park  cemetery, in Titusville.
		    He went to Titusville from  Tampa about 15 years ago, and organized the Citizens Bank there in 1934. He,  with a local group of citizens, organized the Citizens Bank here in 1938. He  was president of both institutions.
		    He became ill two months ago  and was a patient at Florida Sanitarium and Wuesthoff hospital where he died.
		    Surviving are his wife, two  brothers, E. B. Ashcraft of Santa Barbara, Calif., and J. D. Ashcraft of  Irvington, Ky.; one sister, Mrs. A. R. Willette of Palatka, and a number of  nieces and nephews.
