THE FLAGLER TRIBUNE
		    Bunnell, Florida
		    Thursday, December 13, 1928

Four persons were killed, three instantly and a fourth dying shortly afterwards, Wednesday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock when a Florida East Coast train hit the small car containing the group at Moultrie Crossing, about 15 miles north of here. It was reported that the car stalled on the tracks, however this could not be verified, owing to lack of witnesses.
The four killed were Mrs. T. L. Arbuthnot; her sister, Mrs. P. M. Rawls, and the latter's two children, Edith, aged 6, and Robert aged 5. The accident occurred not far from the home of those killed, they living in the Pellicer Creek district.
According to information received here the party had been to St. Augustine, driving a new Ford sedan and were on the return trip and practically in sight of their homes.
		  T. L. Arbuthnot, husband of one of the dead women owns a sawmill located near the crossing where the fatal accident occurred and P. M. Rawls, husband of the other adult occupant of the car and father of the children who were killed, is employed by the mill management in the capacity of woods foreman.
It is understood that the families were preparing to leave today for New Orleans, La., for the Christmas holidays.
Funeral arrangements had not been announced early this morning.
