		  Senator Charles O. Andrews,  69-year-old Florida Democrat who had served in the senate since 1936, died of a  heart attack early Wednesday morning at Bethesda, Md., naval hospital. 
		  Andrews had been in poor  health for several months, but aides said that he apparently was in "good  spirits" Tuesday. He entered the hospital a week ago for a physical  checkup.
		  Andrews' term had only a few  months to run until his voluntary retirement from public life because of  failing health. .
		  Funeral arrangements had not  been completed, but it was said in Washington the body will be taken to Orlando  today and that the funeral probably would be held there Sunday.
