Robert Thomas Bertha, born 16 Dec 1889, Hungary, died 20 Mar 1977, Ormond Beach, Volusia CO, FL, married Mary Harvoth, born 17 Jul 1884, Hungary, died Dec 1948, Flagler CO, FL. He is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Palatka, Putnam CO, FL and Mary is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Palatka, Putnam CO, FL.

He came to the United States at an early age and settled in West Virginia where he was assistant manager of the Sandy Creek Coal Company. He came to Flagler County in 1925 and bought land in the Bimini section and farmed, with his family joining him in 1927. Their son, grandsons and great grandsons have continued to operate the Bertha Farm. They were the parents of one son;

Theda is buried in Espanola Cemetery, Espanola, Flagler CO, FL.

She was charter member of the General Joseph Eggleston Johnston Chapter #2317, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Bunnell, Flagler CO, FL joining on 14 May 1962 with eligibility based on the service record of Joseph M Johnston, Company I, 25th Reg GA Inf. She served as 1st Vice President (1962-1964) and recorder of crosses (1964-1968, two terms). Issue;
